ABOUT TPSA
WHO WE ARE
The Texas Package Stores Association was organized to protect the interests of package store owners in the State of Texas. TPSA also works with legislators and regulators to ensure public policy offers important protections for public safety and consumer access to the brands of their choice at a competitive price. TPSA continually strives to unite all package store owners so we may be stronger in legislative battles and member benefits.
Our members operate in one of the most highly regulated businesses in America. The livelihood of every single package store operator is dependent upon governmental rules and regulations. Unfavorable laws can easily put our members out of business, cost consumers more, create monopolies, and prevent craft distilleries from reaching mass market opportunities, and jeopardize public safety standards.
TPSA is the organization leading package store permittees to work together toward improving the business climate for our industry in Texas allowing us to better serve our customers.
